Graial Diamonds Warranty

At Graial Diamonds, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we sell. We are proud to offer the following warranty coverage for your peace of mind:

Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty

Your purchase is protected against any manufacturer defects for the life of the product. Should your jewelry experience a problem due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
Please note: This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.


Extended One-Year Repair Warranty – $99.00

For additional protection, we offer a full one-year repair warranty for just $99.00, covering:

  • Retightening loose stones
  • Retipping prongs
  • Soldering broken chains or bracelets
  • Tightening earring backs
  • Replacing lost accent diamonds

If you have any questions about what is covered, please contact us before proceeding with a repair. Abuse or damage outside of normal wear is not covered under the extended warranty.


Men’s Band Resizing and Replacement Policy

  • Gold or Platinum Men’s Bands:
    Resizing is available for $79.00 each time, which includes sizing and return shipping.
    Note: If your band is engraved, re-engraving is available for an additional $40.00.

Important Information

  • Abuse, damage caused by accidents, exposure to harsh chemicals, or repairs performed by anyone other than Graial Diamonds will void all warranty coverage.
  • We recommend periodic inspections of your jewelry to maintain its integrity and appearance.

Graial Diamonds Returns and Refunds Policy

At Graial Diamonds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing your order:

Made-to-Order Items

Jewelry created specifically to suit your preferences — such as a loose diamond paired with a custom pendant setting — cannot be returned or refunded. These pieces are crafted uniquely for you.

In-Stock, Ready-to-Go Items

Items that are complete, in stock, and ready to ship are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition with all accompanying documentation.

Loose Diamonds Sent for Viewing

Loose diamonds sent for viewing purposes must be returned within 7 business days from the delivery date. All items must be delivered back to Graial Diamonds by the return deadline.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We strongly recommend using a secure, insured, and trackable shipping method.
Graial Diamonds is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during the return process.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note: refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.
